What do customers say anyway?
Now in this project we mainly fuck with the clients’ brains!
Now we ask them:
What did you not like, and what did you like? What would you like to improve?
Look, we made a plugin system so that you could get some specific functionality for yourself. Maybe you should make some plugin for
FREE? Well, maybe?
The cool thing about the online special database service is that I now enjoy communicating with clients and I enjoy reading their letters.
Clients have given us a lot of advice. And a huge thank you to them (and maybe to you too)
For example, one of the clients suggested uploading svg illustrations.
For security reasons, we did not add the upload of svg images (we made png and jpg). However, this led us to the idea of adding a drawing function, which we have not yet seen from competitors.
And this is what happened:
This is just svg
By the way, what language for example you can identify did you decide to use to do the project?
So I open Yandex. I want to find something. But I glance at the news headline:
“…900 thousand Muscovites agb directory were found to have fake QR codes…” (or something like that)
900 thousand!!!!
Yeah, now IOctopus in general? all these 900 thousand Muscovites ran after fake QR codes to buy NON-pirated software for mental maps.
In short, English.
What were the difficulties?
The biggest IOctopus in general? challenge is to keep moving despite the disbelief.
And it’s even harder despite the certainty that nothing will work out. Damn, that’s the hardest part. It’s hard to get past the thought: “What the hell am I doing, a grown man?”
Especially when you write to some mind map expert: “Hello, we’ve created a new mind map service, take a look, what do you think?”
