How does it work? The option helps to get reviews. Ozon broadcasts a video cover in the card and offers the consumer to write a review in exchange for points. The seller pays the marketplace, and it credits these amounts to buyers (in the form of points). The rate is from 50 to 5,000 rubles and depends on the type of review to use advertising options correctly.

How to activate?
To connect the tool, go to the “Promotion” section, then to “Reviews for points”. The function can work in manual and automatic mode.
Automatic promotion is launched in the “Automatic selections” section. All products with less than ten reviews are there. You can view the forecast of results for the selection and activate it. Then “Ozon” will offer visitors points for all products in it. If you want to launch the promotion manually, go to the “My promotions” section. Create a new promotion and configure:
- list of goods;
- the amount of the bet;
- number of reviews.
You can set different rates for different types of reviews. The marketplace recommends setting rates depending on the price of the product.
“Discount Requests”
How does it work? The option allows why do you need to the buyer to ask you for a discount. You can approve it and sell the product at a lower price than the one specified in the card. If the tool is activated, the marketplace to use advertising options correctly will display a corresponding note in the product card, but will not promote it additionally.
How to activate? To enable or disable the function, go to the “Promotion” section, then to “Discount requests”. By default, it works for all products. If a buyer asks for a discount, you can grant it or reject it in this section. There is an option for automatic approval of discount requests, through which you can set the maximum number of requests with automatic approval, as well as the minimum allowed price or the maximum discount on products or their categories.
“Ozon Installment Plan”
How does it work? Cards marked “Installment” are automatically included in special selections and filtered results.
If the user takes the product in mobile list this way, the marketplace transfers its full cost to you, but takes the discount, i.e. the commission for the sale. It is 11.11% of the cost of the product. The percentage is determined from the sale price, taking into account all applied discounts, including the “Ozon Card”, as well as the personal discount provided by the seller.
How to activate? To enable the tool, go to the “Promotion” section, select “Installment”. Another option: after “Promotion”, click on “Promotions”, and then on “My promotions”. The option will be active as long as it is enabled.
