How is RC Móveis’ commercial area structured?
Alexandre França: I have been with the company for four months! taking responsibility for the commercial and marketing areas! which are currently separate. I am currently restructuring both.
We have two sales teams. The direct sales team is made up of three people. The sales representative team includes four professionals. In addition! we have a bidding team with two dedicated people.
